2.5 Account Verification (KYC). pk1447 applies a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process in accordance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering ("AML") standards. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any time:

3.1 Password Responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your pk1447 account login credentials, including your username and password. 3.4 Account Non-Transferability. Your pk1447 account is personal to you and is non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any funds, winnings, or bonuses within it to any other person.

6.1 Bet Acceptance. 6.2 Odds and Results. In the event of a technical error resulting in the display of incorrect odds or game outcomes, pk1447 reserves the right to correct the error and void affected bets, refunding the original stake to the Player's account balance. 6.3 Sports Betting Rules. 10.2 Limitation of Damages. 10.3 Maximum Liability Cap. In no event shall pk1447's total aggregate liability to any single Player arising from any single claim or series of related claims exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Third-Party Services. pk1447 is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of third-party payment providers, game studios, or other external services integrated into the Platform. Issues arising from third-party services should be raised with pk1447 support, which will escalate to the relevant provider on your behalf.
10.5 Force Majeure. pk1447 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, internet outages, cyber attacks, or disruptions to the Pakistani telecommunications infrastructure.
11.1 Closure by Player. You may close your pk1447 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawal requests must be completed and any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses will be forfeited. Real-money balances after forfeiture will be returned to your nominated payment method.
11.2 Closure by pk1447. pk1447 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering or prohibited conduct, failure to complete KYC verification, inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months, or at the direction of a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon account closure for any reason, your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. pk1447 will retain your account data for the period required by applicable anti-money laundering regulations, typically a minimum of five (5) years. Your rights under applicable data protection law regarding your personal data are not affected by account closure.
11.4 Dormant Account Policy. Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. pk1447 will notify the account holder at their registered email address before applying a monthly inactivity maintenance fee. The fee will not reduce the account balance below zero. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing any outstanding verification requirements.
12.1 Right to Amend. pk1447 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a Player — pk1447 will provide no less than fourteen (14) days' advance notice via your registered email address and a prominently displayed notice on the Platform.
12.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the pk1447 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the change.

13.1 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to them or your use of the pk1447 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the Platform, without regard to any conflict-of-law provisions.
13.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and pk1447, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting pk1447 customer support via live chat or email. pk1447 commits to providing a substantive response to all formal complaints within 72 hours.
13.3 Escalation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may escalate the matter to formal arbitration. Each party agrees to bear its own legal costs during arbitration unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.
13.4 Exclusion of Class Actions. You agree that any dispute resolution proceeding will be conducted on an individual basis only. You waive any right to bring or participate in a class action, consolidated proceeding, or representative action against pk1447.
